Do You Know Early Morning Woke-Up Benefits?

2 Hours In The Morning Will Get You Into A 2% Club!

Do you set yourself up for failure every morning?

If you hit it several times, yes you do, and yet you did not know until now. It has always been my dream to be a successful person, you know, the kind of person who always looks motivated and does things quickly. I always realized that waking up early in the morning could change my life, but the problem was that if I did not get up in the morning, it was too late.

As you can tell, I thought I did not have what it takes to have an amazing morning routine that will turn into a success story in a few years. It was just a dream I wanted, yes it was not, no more!

Do you know these statements?

• I will get up tomorrow morning.

• I sleep late at night, so I have to sleep a lot.

• I don't do anything useful in the morning, so why should I get up in the morning?

• I am not a person who deserves to grow and prosper, I have no discipline.

If you are related to one or more of these and are shaking your head, this guide will save you from the struggle.

I will not even talk about the painful effects of wasting your morning because you live by it. First and foremost, getting up early will give you mental strength. Maybe, you say, "I get up very early every day at work/school and there is no mental benefit!". Okay, let me ask you a few questions: what do you do when you wake up? Check your emails? Or social media? Or are you in a hurry to get to work/school on time? Another question: what do you do for yourself? To have the mental capacity, you have to work on yourself. According to a study conducted by the American Psychological Association, having a good routine at the beginning of the day will reduce depression, anxiety, and depression. In addition, it will increase your satisfaction level of happiness.

Second, a good initial regimen will provide you with physical benefits. For example, I do a hundred pushups after waking up (certainly not the only exercise I do all day), which increases my daytime energy. I do not recommend that you do push-ups, you can practice yoga or go for a walk. Another physical benefit of having a good morning routine is eating fewer calories. I did research with a group of 20 people, 10 of whom fell asleep the following month, and on the other hand, some slept early. As a result, sleep-deprived people end up overeating because when you sleep at night you get hungry which is why you tend to overeat over the years.

Third, a good start to a good life always brings spiritual rewards. Seeing your success gives you inner peace. I remember imagining myself working as a freelancer and making enough money to travel while working. And that gave me enough daily motivation to work towards fulfilling my desires, thus, my relationships with people improved both at home and at work. If you work for what you imagine today, in time you will make it a reality. Of course, practicing visual imagination is not the only way to have inner peace. Meditating, writing a journal, or listing your gratitude will also help.

Yes, there are many other benefits to getting up early, but in my opinion, the above are just some of the benefits. What more could you ask for if you were mentally healthy, healthy as a model, and at peace with yourself, right?

I hope you are ready to make your own amazing breakfast route!  It all starts in your mind, so change your mind and have a positive attitude about getting up in the morning. “Our beliefs are so deeply ingrained that we do not even see them as directing our thoughts and actions,” says author Ramit Sethi. Simply put, what you believe is your truth. Therefore, it is best to start believing that you are the first bird.

Your morning walk does not start in the morning; it starts yesterday. Here are five things you need to do to create a trend from 'Habit Starter Checklist' by Rob Norback. First, always remind yourself of the habit you want to do, this morning. Second, break it down into smaller pieces to make it easier and more manageable, making a systematic decision regarding your new habit. For example, what activities will you include in your morning routine? Third, know the rewards. How I did this, I wrote that creating and following a morning routine would make my life better on paper and read it daily. Finally, record progress, and it will definitely encourage you to continue.

If you have sleep problems due to stress, anxiety, and uncertainty (anxiety about the future) of the future, as I had in the past. I highly recommend you write down negative thoughts like these on paper, then fold them up and tear them up, and finally throw them away. By doing this, you get rid of your negative thoughts in your head and do something in it that is very relaxing.

Some useful activities for resting before bed; deep breathing, silencing your inner voice, so that it does not bother you; thinking positively, reading a book, writing a diary, or looking forward to an amazing night's sleep. There is no specific way to relax before bed, you can find out which one works best for you.

It’s time to chase your dreams and as the day begins in the morning, you need to have a good morning routine. Start by encouraging yourself, I believe it is the first thing you should do in the morning. ‘Today is going to be the most productive day in my life is what I say to myself when I wake up. You can find different ones like 'I'll do well today, you got the idea.

Every time I get up and encourage myself, I get out of bed and start doing pushups immediately. Yes, there are many other tests you can do. For example, sit up, walk, run, and even dance. Do whatever you want to do for about twenty minutes to fill you with energy.

Coldwater is the enemy of sleep if you can take a cold shower and walk away, however, if not, just wash your face with cold water. Do you feel awake? Now, say what you are grateful for, you can make your own list if you like.

• The ability to wake up

• Living the life I always dreamed of

• Exercise

• A delicious breakfast

• A friend

• Going to the movies and spending quality time with my partner

• Being able to complete my projects on time

Read them all out loud (Yes, yours will be different), by doing this you are brainstorming that you are a successful person, therefore, more success comes to you today.

Take your time when creating your morning routine, creating my own morning routine took me two years. Initially, I set my alarm clock to 5 a.m. and I believed it would give me more energy and productivity. On the contrary, it has given me nothing but sleep, when you do something slowly your chances of success are high. Suppose you normally get up at 6:00 am the next day and do not wake up at 5:45. Then, gradually move on to your waking time goal by setting your alarm clock 15 to 30 minutes in advance. In short, start small, persevere and you will achieve your goal of waking uptime.

As I said before, take your time, I have not built my winning morning routine in a day but in two years. Don’t put too much into your morning routine when you’re just starting out, I made that mistake. I read books, meditated, exercised, worked; however, it did not fill me with joy and I thought about quitting many times. Build your complete morning routine gradually, for example, exercise, after exercise it becomes a habit to read a book after exercise. You don't get the whole building in a day, you build it and it takes time
