How To Improve The Quality Of Your Health.
To Improve the Quality of Your Health, Focus on Getting Better,
Personal Growth A Long and Difficult Journey
Want to improve your health? Are you committed to changing your circumstances? Most people will answer yes to these questions, although in my experience very few people are committed to improving their health. This is because the work is hard, endless, and full of obstacles and disappointments. It is often accompanied by unpleasant feelings and past digging to heal and rejuvenate our wounds. But there is no alternative but to do the hard work of caring for our own growth. It will not happen in an instant or in thirty days, as many books like because this is just a superficial investigation.
Everything that happens in your life right now, whether you are unwanted or not, is a collection of your thoughts and beliefs. This is empowering for a number of reasons, at least which means you have the power to change your future by redirecting your thoughts. How do you feel about this? Does it make you unhappy that your life situation comes from everything you once thought of? While I understand that you may feel this way, you can also see the power to create new situations in your life from this point on. As I have said before, personal growth is a long and difficult journey with many obstacles and distractions. Beginners of this journey give up because of the difficulties they face.
I liken it to the Navy Seals BUD/ S program where only 20 to 30% of people will graduate. The training is extensive and is designed to eliminate those who are not equipped to be Navy Seals. In some cases, personal development is the same if you are not willing to work to improve your health. We cannot expect to do less work for ourselves and be rewarded with the riches of life, it just does not work that way. Read any biography of those who have reached the pinnacle of success and you will learn about the struggles they endured. I am reminded of quotes from a former American football player and coach Lou Holtz who said: "Show me someone who has done something useful, and I will show you someone who has overcome adversity." He affirmed that hardship builds character and contributes to our growth and development.
What Happens When Traveling Is Hard?
Therefore, to improve your quality of life, avoid focusing on the consequences but aim to improve. The goal is to build on your success while identifying areas in which you can improve. For example, I recently wrote an article in which I saw two people talking in every workshop I went to. Years ago, I would have been irritated by their disrespect and told them about it. Think of those who speak through the film and ruin it for everyone. However, I kept my feelings to myself and noticed that my temper flared up. In the next case, something unexpected happened. I felt sorry for these two people. I felt a sense of peace and harmony because after the anger I realized that only love exists. To achieve this state of love and peace, we must first deal with anger, but most people are quick to act on their emotions that prevent them from achieving love, compassion, and inner peace.
Is this just beginning to make sense, in which improvement should be our focus instead of wishing our lives to be different? Are you willing to do the work regardless of what is required? You are obviously invested in your own personal growth because you are reading this article and maybe sharing it with family and friends. But what happens when it becomes difficult to keep up and you reach a point in your personal growth? How do you react? Who are you? I have faced many obstacles in the last ten years, yet I have experienced tremendous growth during these times. Life will provide us with the information we need in our personal growth when we do not expect it. We can accept the lessons or resist them, yet they will continue to emerge differently until we accept what is happening.
So for now, I would like you to think about the aspects of your life that you want to improve. Write down in your journal/diary or paper what you would like to improve with your life. Is your money, health, love life, work? Be very specific about what you want. Don't focus on what you don't want in your journal. Second, what does it take to change your circumstances? You may think you need to hire a health coach or invest in an expensive course but sometimes it is easier than that. It may be as simple as not complaining in the next 30 days. You may need to research your beliefs and establish new ones. The point is: everything you need to change your life is in your hands. As you continue to improve, the following app will be available to you. Therefore, in order to improve your quality of life, stop focusing on the results and focus your attention on improving the quality of life you are currently living.
