How To Make Next Year A Better Year,

Two Choices That can Make Next Year The Best Year.

Two Options That Can Make Next Year The Best Year Of Your Life.

What if there were only two choices you could make to ensure that the next year would be better? There really are, and these decisions are simple in concept, yet they are not easy to make. It’s not about the things you do on the outside, like exercising your body (which is always good to do!) But ways of thinking and being on the inside. This has to do with your attitude and your motive.

THANK YOU

I'm sure you've all heard of the state of gratitude. Studies show that the happiest and most successful people in the world are those who live their lives consistently with a grateful attitude, who see their cup full of half rather than half empty. Let's take an example.

Alan and Martin are both firefighters. They are both married with children, but that is where the similarities end. Alans 'life always seems to be full of joy and success, and Martins' life always seems to be in jeopardy. What is the difference?

Alan is a very proud person who always sees the best in everything and always appreciates what he has. He thanks her work, her health, her family, and her friends. When difficulties arise, you are in a position to express appreciation for the opportunity to learn and help others. He believes he is spiritually guided and accepts challenges as opportunities to learn and work. Because of his openness and concern, people trust him and come to him with opportunities to invest his money in ways that have created his family’s income. He keeps working because he loves it, not because he has money.

Martin, on the other hand, is a man who always complains about everything. Nothing is enough for him. He blames others for his circumstances, does not blame him for his feelings, and he does not believe that he is being led spiritually. You feel like a victim most of the time. Because of the stress he causes himself because of his bad thoughts, he often gets sick, and he has many family problems. He slows down in his work, hating that he even works. She always feels like life is passing her by.

PURPOSE OF LEARNING

God has given us free will to choose our purpose, to choose what is most important to us at any given time. In our relationships with others, we have only two choices:

1) The purpose is to learn, through our spiritual guidance, about what interests us and others most; 2) The purpose of protection from the pain of rejection, rejection, swallowing, or failure in any form of controlling behavior.

Our intent to learn or defend determines our experience at any moment.

Hilary and Alice are both married with children. Both women work as nurses, but, as with Alan and Martin, that is where the similarities end. Hilary and Alice have similar challenges in life at work and in the family, but if you look at Hilary you may think she is not cared for in the world.

Hilary covers all the challenges of life from a strong awareness that she is on a spiritual journey of the soul, a journey to learn to be the most loving person, herself, and others. He accepts the responsibility for his feelings and behavior and is open to learning with the Spirit and others when there is a conflict. Instead of escaping the conflict, accept it as an opportunity to learn about him and to cure any blocks of being a pure tool of God's work on this planet. Hilary feels peaceful and very happy in her life.

Alice, on the other hand, is confined to a world tour. Instead of learning to fight, he avoids giving in to anger and frustration so that he can control the outcome. Instead of trying to control his emotions, he often becomes addicted to food and wine. The rule is his God. Alice is often anxious and depressed because of her protective intent and is on medication to deal with the anxiety and depression that arise.

It is not the circumstances of life that bring Alan and Hilary greater peace and happiness than Alice and Martin. Choosing gratitude and learning purpose, as opposed to complaining and defense intent makes a difference in the world.

Make this coming year the best year of your life by making these two decisions for gratitude and the purpose of learning.
